Submit requests to support@veloai.cloud. We respond within 30 days unless an extension is permitted.

• Right to restrict or object to processing

• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

3. Data Processing Agreement

Business and Enterprise customers may request a DPA for subprocessors and security measures. Email support@veloai.cloud.

4. Subprocessors

We use vetted providers for cloud hosting, object storage, AI inference, email, and payments. A subprocessor list is available on request.
