1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using VeloAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

VeloAI is a cloud document platform with AI-assisted writing, collaboration, workflows, PDF intelligence, templates, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

• Web application available via Sign In / Get Started in the navigation
• API access available on eligible Business+ plans (details in-app)
• Account registration is required for full product access.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and content you upload or create ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI features you request.

You are solely responsible for User Content and must have all rights necessary to use it with the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service.

• No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content or activity
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• No uploading malware or probing infrastructure without authorization
• No reselling or sublicensing the Service except as permitted in writing
• No use that violates applicable data protection or export laws

6. AI features & disclaimers

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review outputs before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, or compliance decisions. AI features consume tokens according to your plan; usage limits apply as described on the Pricing page.

7. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Paid plans, token packs, and add-ons are billed in INR as shown at checkout. Prices may change with notice on the Pricing page; changes apply to the next billing cycle unless required otherwise by law.

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

8. Free trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day trial as advertised on our website. Trial availability and included features may vary. At the end of a trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud risk, or legal requirements. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; export your data before cancellation where possible.

10. Availability & support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect the Service. Support is available at support@veloai.cloud; response times depend on your plan.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Tech LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
